The Project Manager will manage projects and their deliverables from proposal approval through the agency to completion.

The Cypress North Project Manager will work on projects across our design, development, and marketing teams, making sure projects are on track and within scope and budget. Ultimately, you are the shepherd for the work we produce, coordinating our project teams and the client so we can create and deliver game-changing experiences.


Responsibilities include:

  • Work with many clients and brands on various initiatives across the design, development, and marketing teams
  • Execute and deliver projects to clients on time, guiding them through the process and keeping the client as well as our staff on track
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Communicate changes in project scope, timing, or other details to internal teams
  • Manage client expectations and communicate details about the project to clients
  • Gather assets, resources, and content in an organized manner
  • Identify when projects are starting to go out of agreed-upon scope
  • Provide a high level of customer service for clients, responding promptly to all client communications
  • Proofreading and testing to ensure all deliverables are error-free before going to a client
  • Pitch in on projects where possible and necessary to meet deadlines

  • 1+ years project management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (sales team members, graphic designers, leadership team members, engineers, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
  • Preferred: Experience in customer/client service or account management
