Amy Kohler

Amy is our Office Operations Manager. She joined Cypress North in May 2025 and works out of our Rochester office. 

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Amy supports performance and development across our entire agency, working closely with leadership and team members to optimize efficiency and capabilities. She also handles a wide range of administrative, financial, and human resources-related tasks.

Before joining Cypress North, Amy provided similar support to schools and universities, as well as corporate and non-profit organizations.

Amy was born and raised in Rochester, and studied communications/journalism and sociology at St. John Fisher University. She then earned her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration online from Louisiana State University. Since then, Amy has taken graduate courses in Master of Business Administration programs, mental health counseling, accounting, finance, and more. 

When she’s not in the office, Amy coaches Soccer Shots and is kept busy by her two very athletic children. She’s also an avid runner who has finished several half marathons, as well as a full marathon in California. During the summer months, Amy enjoys soaking up the sun and being outside in the warmth.
