Nicole Visano

Nicole is an Account Manager who joined us in August 2025. She works out of our Buffalo office and brings eight years of experience to our team. 

In her role, Nicole serves as the day-to-day contact for her clients, connecting the dots between strategy, execution, and results. She brings structure and clarity through project management, fosters alignment across teams, and keeps a close eye on the details that impact both performance and client experience. 

Originally from Southold, NY, Nicole graduated from SUNY Binghamton. Before joining Cypress North, she spent five years in enterprise HR at Morgan Stanley and three years in digital marketing across various start-up companies.

When she’s not in the office, Nicole is all about food and fitness. She shares recipes and food reviews using her “foodie” alter ego, @niknacksnackattack, and works with Buffalo-based culinary bookstore “Read It and Eat” as a food and community creator. On weekends, you’ll most likely find Nicole enjoying a glass of wine with her husband or playing with her cats, Bosco and Butters.
