Claire Mendola

Claire joined Cypress North as a Digital Marketing Intern for Summer 2026. She’s working out of our Rochester office, learning more about ad types, search terms, campaign structure overviews, audience targeting, and match types. Throughout her internship, she’ll be helping primarily with our paid efforts across accounts.

Claire is originally from Victor and studies at James Madison University in Virginia. She’s set to graduate in May 2027 with a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies with a public relations concentration.

At school, Claire serves as the Director of Professional Development for the university’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter. In her role, she helps create engaging opportunities that prepare everyone for the real world through coordinating virtual briefings and other networking opportunities, planning trips, and more. Claire is also a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honor Society and the Delta Delta Delta sorority.

Outside of school, Claire has worked as a brand representative for Lake Beverage Corporation and an event and banquet assistant at Ravenwood Golf Club. She currently manages social media accounts for author Julie Cook, where she’s gained hands-on experience developing tailored content for a specific target audience.

When she’s not working, Claire loves to travel, spend time outdoors, and hang out with her friends and family, including her Bernedoodle Luna and goldendoodle Stella.
