RentPrep is a tenant screening company who provides background checks and credit reports for landlords across the United States. In 2017 Cypress North designed and developed their entire platform while maintaining and expanding on it for more than 3 years afterward.

RentPrep is a custom web application developed by Cypress North on the C#/.NET framework. Customers configure and place orders for various background check and screening packages that are then put into process by a team of RentPrep screeners.

Cypress North teamed with TransUnion to create their first partner integration where orders could be automatically submitted for credit reports via a TransUnion API we worked with them to develop. RentPrep screeners work together in real-time to process the orders through the workflow and move between various statuses, all within the platform securely and at high volume.

Additionally, Cypress North partnered with Check Your Tenants, a Florida tenant screening company to complete a similar project. The self service SaaS platform that we created integrates directly with TransUnion to automatically process background checks, renter scores, and more.
