Innovation is one of Rich’s core values and the Campus Compass app is one of the first products born out of the newly formed IS Innovation Incubator, charged with bringing exciting and useful tools into reality.

Cypress North has become a trusted resource for technical execution and consulting since we began our partnership in 2013. Our deep knowledge of their internal systems and technologies lets us connect the right pieces and present the correct options which align with Rich’s initiatives.

With the Campus Compass App, Cypress North was able to develop interactive indoor maps that integrate directly with Active Directory, Exchange, Skype, and other internal systems. This allowed our team to make locating personnel, conference rooms, printers, and more a breeze. In addition, we’re able to show real time availability of people and conference rooms based on calendar schedules, provide a live search for any person or resource in the building, and even launch an email or chat session directly from an info card.

The adoption and use of this system has been explosive.
